Boise State Bus/Tailgating Information

 For those going to the Boise State vs VT game at Fedex and don’t want to worry about driving, I’m chartering a bus for the game at Fedex. The current cost will be $30 a person. Price includes tip for bus driver. After I reach 45 people who have paid for a seat, those still wishing to ride the bus will be waitlisted until we have enough seats for the second bus. Those who are waitlisted will be refunded their money if we don’t have enough demand for a second bus and this will be determined no later than August 15th. Spaces on the bus are on a first come, first serve basis and I need everyone to respond ASAP! I need to receive your money for at least the bus part by Monday, August 3rd. I hope to be able to refund a couple dollars to each person if we fill most of the seats, but I can not promise there will be money returned at this time.

Please note that I will be offering the food and drink options for those who are riding the bus or joining us in the parking lot. The plan is to continue with the tradition of providing Subs/Chips during the tailgate. Please see the attached form and fill out the form with choices if interested in any of the options. I will need people to volunteer to bring an appetizer, side, or a dessert.

Boise State tickets are still available.  Please let me know if you still need tickets and I will try and help locate tickets for you

Party Bus Information

The bus (Dominion Charter) will pickup at the Herndon Park and Ride around the bus pickup area.

1:30 Load Bus at Herndon Park and Ride
2:00 Depart for Fedex Field
3:15 Arrive Fedex Field (Parking Bus Lot)
5:15 Eat Subs
6:45 Begin cleanup process
8:00 Kickoff
11:xx Bus will depart for Herndon Park and Ride, 30 minutes after game ends

Seat on the Bus (no football ticket) $30.00
Food (Sub and Chips) $ 6.00
Alcoholic Drinks (includes soda & water) $ 7.00
Water and Soda $ 3.00


* Bus Parking is first come first serve, reason why we need to be in the parking lot early

** Tickets for bus will be sold on a first come first serve basis of receiving money. Tip for bus driver(s) is included in cost.

*** If coming from out of town, I have a few rooms booked at Marriott Chains in the general area of the Herndon Park and Ride ranging from rates of $49-$79 a night.
